Avonlea apartments have both private rooms and shared rooms available. Each apartment houses six girls and includes TONS of storage space. We have beautiful lawns that our tenants love to play on and our many trees make studying in the shade a great option. Each apartment includes a free washer and dryer. There are two large bathrooms as well as a spacious vanity area. Each bedroom has a captains bed (a bed with drawers underneath the bed), a desk for each tenant, a large closet, and shelving for storage along the walls. The shared bedrooms have two separate closets so each girl has her own space.
